I seem to be doing that more than usual
If you adopt a fit lifestyle, don’t start judging others who don’t. if anything, let your life and journey inspire them.
Doesnt that sound familiar? Like our lives in Christ? Ever judged someone harshly and thought you were better than them who was struggling? I’ll admit that I have and I was very wrong for it. But we have the opportunity to be better than that

Finally attempted to make my Lemon Water. Seems simple right? Not if you want that real kick in the mouth!
I also tossed in a green tea bag so I can seem like I know what I’m talking about. (Seems like wise people drink green tea)
Im going to let it sit for a while then try it when I come home. I’m hoping it packs that punch I’m looking for.

Someone brought these munchkins into work today. I really really love these but they aren’t in my nutritional plan this morning. So if I can just avoid the temptation all together, I can beat it but if I get too close, you will find me passed out in a glazed coma
Isnt that just like sin? Ever been tempted with something you love? Something you really want to do but you know it’s not good for you in the long run?
Today, lets try and stick to the real spiritual fruits and protetin shakes of life. Things that will really sustain us
Chicken breasts, salad and mix veggies.
Came home and made some chicken breast and steamed some veggies. Then added yesterdays fruit salad to the mix.
This is a sample of my go to meals during the week. If I don’t prep my meals, ima binge on some fast food, when things get hectic.
If I play smarter, then I don’t have to chase those abs, they’re gonna chase me ;-)
BFM Kitchen Action:
Bananas, strawberries, blue berries and red/green grapes
This is going to be so amazing. Especially after you let it sit for a few hours or even a day. The fruits start mingling and produce their own natural juice that’s out of this world

Yesterday I gave into the temptation of chinese food because I was upset. I didn’t need it and I wasn’t particularly craving it but it is a comfortable old habit of mine. It wasn’t even my cheat day. Sound familiar?
So what am I saying?
When we are changing spiritually and physically, it’s gonna be a drag out, dog fight with wins and losses everywhere. But you only lose when you stop trying.

Started cooking for myself instead of being fed by my local Chinese store.

Low fat milk
Frozen mixed berries
